  • Inter-American Court of Human Rights | Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos

    An autonomous judicial institution of the Organization of American States with the mandate to apply and interpret the American Convention on Human Rights and other related treaties.

  • Permanent Court of Arbitration | Cour Permanente d'Arbitrage

    An intergovernmental organization with over one hundred member states established in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states. Provides services for the resolution of disputes involving various combinations of states, state entities, intergovernmental organizations, and private parties.

    An independent judicial body established by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea to adjudicate disputes arising out of the interpretation and application of the Convention.
